"Dr Demartini's session was something I have never experienced before. Prior to this I had been going through a great depression which had affected all areas in my life. I had felt like there was no light at the end of the tunnel and there was such a low point when I didn't see the point in anything anymore. I had let everything that had happened to me, from a job loss to the loss of various relationships that were important to me to affect me so much and I got to a very dark place, to the point where I didn't know me anymore and I had all this baggage weighing me down. In the session with Dr Demartini every single bag was let go off. The questions that he had asked me and the way that he made me see things was truly amazing! I never thought it would be possible to let go of the battles that I had been fighting with anger, hatred and hurt but he made me see that everything that had happened was meant to happen and he made me feel the power of gratitude and see and I experienced the true value of the word gratitude and that was incredibly freeing.
After the session I felt like I could breathe again. I felt contentment for the first time in ages. I had tears of gratitude in my eyes which was something that I have never experienced before and the most amazing thing of it all, is that I still feel that now, it wasn't a fleeting moment, It was a change in lifestyle, I felt inspired and for someone who was at the hands of depression, the feeling of inspiration was something that I has lost years ago,and to feel that again. To feel the word "hope" which was a word that I previously despised was and is such a gift. I describe him as a sort of a "window cleaner" and I told him it was as if I was staring out of a dirty dark window all this time and he came and cleaned my window swipe by swipe and I can see clearly now.
I have taken away so many life lessons from Dr Demartini, the main lesson being, the immense power of thought and how much our thoughts control us and affect our lives. I now see things in a different light, I listen more to my inner thoughts and self and reflect and evaluate more than ever. I am so grateful on a daily basis to the point that I have started a gratitude journal that I write in every evening and I really feel the blessings in my life now, when before all I saw was the darkness. I now feel so inspired to help those that suffer with depression and get the message out there that there is hope and that you can come out of it."
